The Family Dance

Our families 1st Family School Dance/Silent Auction. It was so much fun. Mr. Photography won a prize for some great dance moves he had. He wouldn't dance with his mom/dad for movie passes. However his teacher and friends did the conga line together. They all had a ball. It sure was a good night by all.

Skate A Thon

I am the one in the white jersey just before the blue line! 116 laps 45 minutes. It sure was fun. I raised my goal of $350. So I ended getting a t shirt, hoodie and composite stick. Thank you to all who pledged me. Just so my great auntie knows, none of the donations were spent on candy.

Sylvan Lake Novice Tourney

Here it is. This is where we've been hiding and to Mr. Photography this is why he play hockey. The first Novice Tourney of the year. Out of 4 games they won 2. The first photo is of Mr. Photography accepting his big trophy and then a close up of his trophy and award. Although no goals were scored by him, he was proud as punch to win a stick draw. He is now a proud owner of a new wooden stick. All in all he had a great time.

2009 - HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Well happy new year to you all! May 2009 be one of the best years for you.
I tried to take some photos of the local fireworks last night but I wasn't successful. The display was quite nice, even though the weather was -30 C with windchill. We had the pleasure to see it from are own town home!!! Yes, we still ventured outside to get the full effect. With the weather being so cold and windy, the firework display didn't go that high in the sky but it was still a good show. Mr. Photography thought it was the coolest show on earth!! (I wouldn't go that far.) We met up with our neighbours, who were also watching the display and next thing you now 2 other people we know are watching the display with us too. After the 10 minute show, we joined our neighbours to have a few beverages over at their house. It was nice and short. After the battle of Alberta was over we went home. And to boot Calgary won the hockey game. (They were Oilers fans!-Sorry about their luck.) The night ended with Mr. Photography in bed and asleep by 11Pm. He will be having a nap on January 01! But all in all - 2008 was a wonderful year and we hope that 2009 will be keeping us all healthy, safe and happy. Cheers.

Christmas Eve

Well Santa has started his 2009 journey. Mr. Photography is checking Norad once a hour to mark Santa's journey. From our house to yours Merry Christmas.

ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS....

IS MY TWO FRONT TEETH!! I know this photo isn't very clear but he lost his 2nd front tooth last night. (And you can kind of see one new fronth tooth coming in.)

Were off for the Break

Schools out, Mr. Photography and I are now off for 2 ish weeks. Now, clean the house, get it festive, do some christmas baking, oh, the things i've been waiting to do! I've posted this photo for my Aunt T. I think this shot of Mr. Photography looks alot like Kristin when she was this age? What do you think???
